Question : Problem: Troubles with ArcServe 11.5

Hi!
I have some troubles with ArcServe 11.5 running on a Windows 2003 Server (as Backup Server). This machine should backup some other servers over network to a staging disk and then to tape. The servers to be backed up have these options/agents installed:
1) Backup Agent
2) Open Files Option
3) VSS Option
As I tried the first full backup of one of these servers (marked the whole server) I got this errors logged in Activity Log:
- Skip invalid shared or volume C: [This is logged for each drive]
- W12612 The number of components selected for backing up is zero
- E12606 Unable to get the selected writer options
- E12584 This VSS Writer has reported a failure
Can anyone help?

W2K3 SP1 resulted in more than a few problems. To over come install ARCserve update.
