Question : Problem: able to connect iphone with my computer windows xp, but not works on iTunes
Experts,
Recently, I discovered I able to connection my iPhone with my computer windows xp and iTunes is automatically start up.
But, I can't find my iPhone item on left hand side and no way to backup my iPhone also.
I have try follow step to check and reinstall iTunes, but still does not works

I found the solution about this question. That is caused by anti virus software
