Question : Problem: iPod Not Recognized
I have two iPod classics and neither one is being recognized by Windows XP. This just started happening after successfully plugging these device in to the same operating system with the same service packs for at least a year.
Any ideas?
Answer : Problem: iPod Not Recognized
Try resetting the iPod. Hold the center button and Menu until the Apple logo appears. You will not lose your music or settings. This just reboots the iPod.
