Question : Problem: computer shuts down after 10secs to 1 minute after turning on

I have a computer shuts down after 10secs to 1 minute after turning on.
I have replaced the motherboard.(still does same thing)
Switched video card..(still does same thing)
Unplugged all power to ALL drives..(still does same thing)
All fans are working
I'm in the process of replacing 400watt PS with a 500watt

Here's the hardware setup:
400watt PS (2nd that I have tried, not new ones)
Soyo P4 motherboard
2.4 P4
Geforce FX 5900XT
1gig memory
2 hard drives
1 CD rom

If, after I put in a NEW PS, it still shuts down, what should I look for next?
