Question : Problem: Isight on Macbook Pro laptop doesn't work

a customer has a macbook pro laptop, and when they start the ichat program on their computer, the green light next to the camera lens turns on. but the picture displayed is just a black screen.

he tried resetting the steps listed here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2090?viewlocale=en_US
without any success.

what would be a good next step for troubleshooting.

the laptop is a macbook pro with mac osx leopard. (15 inch)

any help would be greatly appreciated.

If he has followed all the above steps the next step is to have a technician look at it.
