Question : Problem: How do I setup BIS Email to reflect 'read' 'unread' status of my corporate email.

All email appears as NEW in my blackberrry inbox regardless of whether I've read them in Outlook or on our WebMail server. Why is this?

Check with your BIS provider.It could be that without a BES server, read marks do not sync.
