Question : Problem: Medium Changer

I seem to be missing the medium changer in device manager.  I am currently using an ibm 3573 tape library.  Can you tell me how to install this device so Backup Exec will recongnize my hardware

Answer : Problem: Medium Changer

The medium changer should be automatically detected in the device manager
Ensure that the library is terminated properly and running in RANDOM mode
Power Cycle the library when the server is shut down and restart the server once the library has finished initialization
Also ensure its connected to a compatible SCSI card and  the SCSI address configured properly
