Question : Problem: 2 Metaframe XP farms 1 Domain

I installed a Metaframe XP server in a new farm in a domain which already has a XP farm. Since then, users cannot connect to the old farm and connect only to the new farm. If I shutdown the old server, users can connect. Do I have to change settings on the new farm to make the old one preferred farm to connect to?
Users all use Wyse terminals to connect.
