Question : Problem: CSG not configured properly - users cannot connect to citrix server

I built a Secure Gateway server adn asked my Network admin to change the outside address to point to the new CSG server.  Now none of my users can connect.  I get a message of "BAD GATEWAY" Error 502 in Internet Explorer when trying to connect.  Not sure where I went wrong in the CSG.

Is the CSG in a DMZ? Are all the necessary ports open from this new CSG server to the Citrix servers? How's the web interface setup? Check Edit gateway settings and let me know what's set in there. It should have the fqdn of the csg.
