Question : Problem: Dual monitors not working

Turned off computer for weekend and when I turned on Monday morning the dual monitors would not work. I reinstalled drivers etc, still not working. Checked settings and "Extend to this monitor" was not checked. I checked it and it would not stay checked. I do not have Adobe Type manager installed although I do have Adobe Acrobat 8 Pro installed. I uninstalled it and that did not fix problem.

Answer : Problem: Dual monitors not working

corrupt driver from a bad read but possibly bad hard drive sector.

reinstalling drivers doesnt over write the drivers if same version.

get a driver cleaner for the particular manufacturer of your graphics card.  then install a freshly downloaded copy of the driver.
