Question : Problem: PC:    SCSI and Raid controllers > AWPZ W82JIDE Controller

dear experts:

I noticed a yellow exclamation mark in front of "AWPZW82 JIDE Controller (which is under SCSI and Raid controllers) in Device Manager of Win XP.

In addition, computer sound is out.  In Sounds and Audio Devices Properties, Device volume is unmovable.

Hi that is your IDE controller.

I am not sure exatctly how your computer is running. Try reinstalling the motherboard Chipset driver.
