Question : Problem: Blackberry activaton issue : process hang

Hi ,

I have an issue with a blackberry activation (model 8800) on the bes. It comes up with an error message (see below) and I don't know what do now. Basically, the email account (exchange 5) was migrated yesterday from a server to an other one and from my understanding, it seems the folders IDS are now wrong. I tried to launch outlook/resetfolders command but no success. Does it mean I should go now into the MAPI ?
I tried BB database without success and even google comes up with one unique response.

I found the solution. if you have this issue, you need to upgrade the firmware of the device.
