Question : Problem: Portable "continuous feed" scanners:  Recomendations on Models/Manufacturers ? ?

Hi

Looking for a light-weight, portable, "continuous-feed" scanner that can handle documents up to 12 in wide and several feet in length.  This type of scanner is used for scanning medical log sheets (like ECG logs) that are being converted into digital formats.

Anyone have experience in these devices?

Any recomendations on manufacturers and models appreciated.

Craig

I found a couple of other units that might work depending on how long the source is.

The Kodak I280 scans long documents

while the Fujitsu fi-5120C can handle up to 34"

Hope that helps.
