Question : Problem: Blackberry storm issue

I have a BES server running ver 4.0.1.13 I want to update it to the latest SP, do anyone know if the service packs are cummulative? Can I just install the latest which is SP 7 Maintenance Release #3 and it will include the previous updates SP 2, SP3, SP4, SP5, and SP6

The reason for the update is the BB Storm is failing to forward messages and I believe its relating to the SP updates

Answer : Problem: Blackberry storm issue

You will need to install the newest SP first, then install the MR. The MR contains the previous MR's, but not the previous patch. So... SP7 first, then MR3.
