Question : Problem: How to activate a blackberry device.

Hi I have a black berry device. the IT dept have it all setup and everything in the bes server, and they gave me the activation code as well. However I dont' know how to activate my blackberry?? Could someone give me step by step instructions as to how to do this.

Answer : Problem: How to activate a blackberry device.

Pretty easy, you should have an enterprise icon on the home screen of the bb device.  If not you may have to click and select show all.  Once you click on the enterprise activation icon it will ask for your code.  Here is a good step by step:
