Question : Problem: Blackberry Professional Data Move

Blackberry Experts:

What would the process be to move our seven BB users from one instance of Windows 2003 server to another? We are using Blackberry Professional software. Since it is only seven users do I only need to install the software on the new Windows 2003 server and just manually setup their accounts on it and switch the server on?

Hi, the simple option is to delete the users from BPS and then uninstall the software.  Once the software is removed install BPS on the new server and reactivate the users (you will need to wipe the devices first).  Or if you want to move the server without affecting the users follow my guide in the link below:
