Question : Problem: SGH-i600 wont boot

I have just purchased a Samsung SGH-i600 Smart Phone. I have installed several 3rd party apps.
I was trying to load one of these apps and it froze so i held down the power button to turn off, now the phone won't switch on, it gets stuck on the ''Ultra Messaging'''splash.
It might help to mention that i got a disk full message, have no memory card as yet.
