Question : Problem: Enabling and Using Wake on LAN

I have many Dell systems with onboard NICs that will allow me to enable the Wake On LAN/Power feature. With this feature enabled...how do I actually wake up a system from a remote laptop? is there a command or utility for Dell systems?
