Question : Problem: Daisy-Chain Two Servers Through ArcServe
I have two drives that are attached to the same server. Right now Arcserve (R.11.1 on Windows Server 2003 SP2) is recognizing the drives as 2 seperate drives, however I need the software to recognize them as one. They are already wired up to be daisy-chained; I just need the software to see it that way. Does anyone know how?
Answer : Problem: Daisy-Chain Two Servers Through ArcServe
if windows recognise it as two seperate drives then arcserve will definitely does the same.
incase you have a changer(robotic arm) then situation is different where in arcserve will see it as single unit.
