Question : Problem: Cannot use Control Panel while connected via RDP

We have Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6 for Windows Workstations deployed in one organization. There is one problem with management - while connected with Remote Desktop Connection it is impossible to temporary disable KAV either through task bar icon or KAV Control Panel. Software simply doesn't react to mouse. This happens on all computers, which have different software and hardware configurations. Computers are in Domain.

Does anybody know if this behavior is intended, any workarounds that would let to disable KAV via RDP without rebooting.

you may kill it for command line or a 3rd party programm.
