Question : Problem: Computer not reading New Memory installed

I have a Dell Dimension 2200 with a Dimm, 128, 133m, non-ecc memory stick in it.  I bought a 256 sdram, 133, non-ecc mod to upgrade, but when i install and reboot, my computer just beeps and doenst do anything.  

I have tried to install with the 128 in one slot and the 256 in the other, that didn't work, just read the 128.

Tried just the 256 in each slot and the computer just beeps.

Everywhere I read the 256 sdram pc-133 should work in the computer.

Any suggestions.

The only things I can think of to try are:
1. Use the motherboard jumper to Clear the CMOS (look in the manual for the correct way to do yours).
2. See if there is a BIOS upgrade for your system. BE Very Careful If You Do This!
3. Your mobo has a problem.
