Any ideas on how to get around the following errors when trying to go from physical to virtual using the converter in VMWare?

Answer : Problem: VMWare error #2 and #5
Actually changing the switch on the server worked. Doesn't mean it's fixed, but at least it's moving past 2% where it was stuck for three hours. It has moved up to 7% in less than 10 minutes.
