Question : Problem: itunes error 4261 cannot burn music

Hello,

Itunes error 4261 when trying to burn songs in the library. I am using the burn button within itunes. I tested the burner and it works using other software. I also, did an  uninstall and re-install and checked for updates. Other searches have suggested: changing the burner speed which did not work. Any suggetions  please?
