Question : Problem: file itunes library.itl cannot be read

we install itunes 7.5 on this machine. 2 users A and B have admin rights to this machine. user A when logged in and launch itunes will give the error 'itunes library.itl cannot be read'. user B when logged to the same computer will not have this error. previously the itunes was installed using user B login.
using user A login to uninstall and reinstall the itunes still gives the same error.

ok, it seems need to update it to the latest version... preiously was using version 7.5... ..
