Question : Problem: 6GB MEMORY PROBLEMS?

I have a Vista Home Premium 64-Bit PC from Dell. I often run a cookbook program called "Living Cookbook." When I attempted a "Print Preview" of my largest cookbook (700 pages), it fails with "Out of Memory" errors. Check Virtual Memory I took the checkmark out of "Automatically manage page file size for all drives" and I customized the virtual memory to a Minimum of 6442 (toe original allocation) and a Maximum of 9421 (recommended 9213). When I rebooted Windows did not accept the cutomized VM and set everything back to the original 6442 but the box mentioned above was still unchecked.
Of course, the Print Preview failed because the memory adjustment was not accepted by Vista.
Bottom Line: with 6GB of RAM I should not be having "out of memory" issues.
PLEASE HELP!
