Question : Problem: APC powerchute network shutdown . Cannot communicate with Management Card.

Hi all.
I'm having 1 APC Smart 2200 and 2 Server IBM x3800.
They're connecting via HUB and Ping successful.
1st time when i tried to install PCNS and succedd. My servers has been shutdown correctly when UPS powerfailure.
After Server reboot and i saw the message: PowerChute cannot communicate with the Management Card. althought all parameter correctly. ! plz help me with that.
