Question : Problem: 3400C Scanner - "Scanner could not be Initialized" (Scanner not found)

I see alot of similar questions on here, but none have worked..

I reformatted hard drive a couple weeks ago, and am just getting around to loading my scanner software.. as you can see from the question title, its not working...

Any suggestions??

Have you checked this document from hp:

It has a list of options to try and get it back up and running.
