I am planning on building a major setup. I would like some comments and input from others that have done or considering the same setup.
The system is a Dell Precision T7400, Windows Vista Ultimate, 4 Gigs RAM, RAID 0 X 2 320 Gig drives. I am trying to decide on the 1700 or 4600 cards. What are the major reaons for going with either card?
The monitors will be the Zenview Trio Ultra elite: http://www.digitaltigers.com/zenview-trioultraelite.asp#
I am basically looking for the best solution along the lines above. If you have some other options I should consider, please let me know. This seems like a pretty tough question, I will assign maximum points.

If you aren't doing CAD/OpenGL development, you can go with a lower cost card like the 8800GT instead of the Quadro series, which are optimized for OpenGL. The catch is one card can't output to three screens, so you'll need two of them, or a Matrox Parhelia with three display ports: http://www.realtimesoft.com/multimon/reviews/parhelia/
