I work for physicians and we are trying to streamline the check-in/check-out process. We would really like to find a tablet, or if necessary a laptop, that has an integrated magswipe reader for accepting credit cards and a business card image scanner for scanning insurance cards. We have these devices separately for our desktops, but attaching all of these with velcro and USB cables would make a tablet less than ideal. Are there any known devices that either have these built in, or such a small profile that it could all be carried in one arm?
