Question : Problem: T41, W2K3 unable to display via external projector and the Fn f7 Key

Hello, thanks for the time,
I represent a training division and we are rolling to w2k3 on our IBM t41 laptops (radion card). We are unable to switch to the external projector via the Fn|f7 key... a real show stopper (literally)!
Any clues much appreciated!

press the switch AFTER the POST display and BEFORE the Starting WINDOWS logo appears
