Question : Problem: Can't telnet to new Solaris 10

On console I get "uninitialized  11:40:20 svc:/network/telnet:default" when I do svcs -a telnet. Thought I did just a default install. How do I enable telnet on this box

Answer : Problem: Can't telnet to new Solaris 10

Even though I saw the symptom as no ability to telnet the real problem was that a mirrored slice was failing to mount and Solaris just gave up at that point. When I fixed the bad mirror it booted normally and I was able to telnet in.
