Question : Problem: WPA cisco 1200

I have a Ap1200 and try to install WPA, is there a GOOD step by step procedure to do this?

I have 3 SSID each on a sepperate vlan, on one vlan i want to use WPA, do i need a external radius or tacacs server for WPA? Any one a good config sample or document?
