Question : Problem: Syschost.exe is making my cpu run at 100% and then pc locks up. how do get rid of it?

every day my cpu runs at 100% and slows everything down and then the pc locks up.
the problem is coming from a file called "syschost.exe"
when i remove it in the task manager, my processor goes back to normal. but it always comes back. what is it and can i get rid of it?
