Question : Problem: BLUE SCREEN AND UNNORMAL WINDOWS ?

I THINK TIS IS THE MOST HARD QUESTION I EVER ASK HERE AND I NEED URGENT AND REAL HELP ?

THE STORY

BEFORE ONE MONTH I HAVE BUY ANEW PC
ASUS M3A32
6GB RAM 1066
POWER PLAY ATI 3870X2 1GB
AMD PHENOM 9600 QUAD QORE 2.3

AND I THOUGHT THAT IT WILL BE POWERFULL PC
WHEN I INSTALL WIN VISTA ITS SLOLY AND AFTER INSTALLING THE WINDOWS BECOME GOOD
AND AFTER ONE DAY BECOME SLOW AND SOME TIMES I SEE THE BLUE SCREEN for one second and restart
blue screen appere after playing games also
AND SOME TIMES I NEED TO RE INSTALL MY DRIVERS
AND SOME TIMES MY INTERNET BECOME SLOW AND THEN BOCOME FAST

I MEEN THAT THERE IS STRANGE THINGS HAPPENS
ITS NOT WHAT I EXSPECT FROM MY PC

and i have do this tings and nothing change :
1- complete dos format for all partitions
2- install afresh vista copy
3- use apowerfull anti v and anti torjan
4- update my bios

i tired from formatting

so i decide to ask here becouse this is the best place

please i just want to know this is  hardware problem or software ?
and who can i fix it

Go for it if you can and that's what you would rather do because yes vista 64 bit can use all 6Gbs.  Just make sure everything you want to do with your computer is 64bit compatiable and you shouldn't have any problems.
