Question : Problem: Installing PCI graphics card causes windows 2k to not boot.

I have and older model Gatway desktop computer. The motherboard has an integrated graphics card. I am attepting to install an ATI Radeon 7500 graphics card. If I install the radeon into the pci slot Windows 2k won't boot. The bios does not give me the option to disable the integrated graphics, only the option to select which adapter it looks at first. I"ve attepted setting the bios option to look at the pci slot first, but windows still won't boot. I have also attempted to disable the onboard graphics throught the device manager, but the option is disabled (I'm assuming this is becuase I can't disable the only installed graphics adapter). Your comments are appreciated.
