Question : Problem: ATM subinterfaces having problem on 7200 VXR router

Hi,

I am facing a problem with our primary router which is cisco 7200 vxr, we are usign it for ATM switching, for last 1 month we are observing the subinterfaces goes down, while leaving no trace behind...

showing for every subinterface " operational status is UP protocol is down".

what we do is to reset the router so it works normally but after some random time we face this problem the router hangs and because of HSRP we get away from the curse of our managment :P, but still the problem is there

any suggestions or solution ?
btw any tool which can drag each and every peice of info out from the router

What about adding OAM mgmt cell traffic, maybe when the router starts jamming up it would at least record lost OAM cells?  What do you think Harbor?
