Question : Problem: Saving calendar items from iPhone before Exchange sync

I have a user who sync's his iphone mail to Exchange. He now wants to sync his Calendar to Exchange but we don't want to lose all the entries on the phone.
Is there any way to save them or import them into Outlook before we turn on Calendar sync?
