Question : Problem: ASUS M2NBP-VM CSM OCZ 2P8001G, ASUS M2NBP-VM CSM OCZ, HOW DO I GET MEMORY TO RUN AT 800 MHZ
|

i GETR BLUE SCREEN AND REBOOT ON ANY SETTINGS i TRY FOR THE 800 Mhz memory setting and that even at the spd 5(cas latency)5(RAS TO CAS)5(RAS PRECHARGE) 15(tRas) 23(tRC). The recomended setting for 800 Mhz by OCZ is cas#4ras to cas4 ras precharge 5 but that is at the 2.1 voltage recomended. Presently I am running at 700 mhzcas#4(3% ovrclock) ras to cas 4 ras precharge 3 and tRAS 10 at 2.9 volt. iS THERE ANY WAY I CAN get to 800 mHZ??

Worth a try.
I am not sure about the chipset your mobo has, but some mobos clock down a step with 4 sticks of ram installed. (some kind of voltage problem. Callandor explained it very well in another question, but I can't find it now). If you still have trouble with the new ram hitting 800MHz, try it with just 2 sticks installed.
