Question : Problem: dual monitor display - windows freeze when moved between displays

Here is the setup, a laptop in a docking station and a monitor, using both screens for a dual monitor setup.  When trying to drag a window from the monitor to the laptop monitor the window freezes between displays and we are unabe to close the window and try again.  It happens randomly but is very annoying.
