Question : Problem: Device has USB and SCSI inputs, using USB, receive SCSI error when trying to use

Installing Canon DR-2080C scanner to Windows XPP desktop via USB.  The device has SCSI and USB inputs.  When I attempt to use it after installing I receive the following error:

Can't locate SCSI device; check cable and power.
Canon DR-2080C Driver Version 1.1.10207.05003 (-4536)

Any assistance would be appreciated.  It has a USB port, but only seems to be able to work as SCSI and I don't want to purchase a SCSI card and cable.

Thanks.
