Question : Problem: Cisco AP - DHCP problems

I am having a problem with a Cisco Aironet and wireless clients. For some reason every now and again it drops connections to some of the clients. They can still see the access point but they can not obtain an IP address from the network. I have turned off wireless security and just added MAC addresses which seems to have calmed things a bit. I do however want to put security back on. I have also switched off the automatic channel selector and set manual channels of the access points. The problem seems to happen more with Lenovo laptops than anything else. Any help would be really preciated, I hve the config if required.

Answer : Problem: Cisco AP - DHCP problems

Well more than once it has fixed my issues when trouble shooting an endusers machine. It has fixed both intermintant drops and the ability to be able to resolve websites via dns(work wires at the time just not wireless) so if by chance everytime it was just dumb luck that all i did was chang it and it worked....well if one heck of a good luck charm.
