Question : Problem: Replaced motherboard/keyboard problems

I just upgraded an old 486 machine with a Pentium II 133mhz motherboard.  I have difficulty using the keyboard.  I either get a beep with every keystroke or it simply will not accept my keystrokes.  It also appears as though I have the "shift" key on or caps lock on.  Everything is in all caps and I can't use the numbers, I always get the symbol above the number.  Can anyone help?

Answer : Problem: Replaced motherboard/keyboard problems

It is possible that some of your Keys/Key is stuck, Try replacing Ur keyboard.
If Ur problem is solved replacing a keyboard, Put a Keyskin on your keyboard (which will be available in your local computer store), It protects your keyboard from dust and other fluids etc... It protects your keyboard.
What is the connector of Ur keyboard, is it a PS/2 connector ?.

Hope this solves Ur problem.
