Question : Problem: Possible to rebuild this array, remotely without being onsite? raid5 with hot spare. how to activate spare?

I have a server with a failed drive in it's 3 disk raid5 array. There is an active spare. What do I need to do for the array to start rebuilding onto this spare disk? Am I going to have to go onsite and get into cards bios? I don't see anything in the HP ACU that rebuilds these arrays. Not too familiar with HP/Compaqs.

Is this a 3 drive RAID 5? That's the way it looks from your screen shot. It appears that the drive at SCSI 1 (2nd drive) has failed, and the drive at SCSI 3 (4th drive) is already rebuilding. In any case an array with a hot spare should take the failed drive offline, bring the spare online and rebuild the array. Can you click on the individual drive in the array and get their detailed status (you should be able to do this).
