Question : Problem: Blackberry 8830 are not syncing completely

I sent out several large meeting requests yesterday and obviously received several accepts/declines/tentatives. What I noticed is that none of the meeting responses that I deleted in Outlook would be deleted on the Blackberry. I had to delete them in both places. I am also having problems with all of my calendar events making it to my Blackberry 8830. It seems like every week there is one meeting that I am late for or miss because it did not make it from my Exchange server to my phone, but the other 30 or so meetings did make it.

Is there something that I can do on the servers side or the phone side to resolve these issues? I have BES 4.1.4 and Exchange 2003.

Yes they are both version 6.5.7651.61
