Question : Problem: Wireless Sync

I have a  Verizon Smart Phone made Audiovox model XV6600. I no longer hve the phone service and just use it as a Pocket PC. When I sync up the device it tries to dial out for a connection, using the WIRELESS SYNC Version 5.5 program. I have disabled "ReadySybc" from the pocket PC.
I want the device to sync with out attempting to dial out, using ActiveSync.
How do I do this?

Right click active sync and goto connection settings. what are your settings?

"Allow USB Connections"

and "The computer is connected to"?
