Question : Problem: dell wireless not working

my boss has two dell laptops lattitude d620 one of them had a corrupted motherboard so he put teh hard drive in the other laptop everything is working great except wireless. he has teh built in intell software and it will not connect whne you say connect it says there is a profile and you will loose it a etc etc etc but when i let windows manage it it works fine. he wants to use teh intel what can i do. I have wioreless at work i can test on and i am going to his house shortly

Answer : Problem: dell wireless not working

Go and uninstall the WIFI card out of the device manager and allow Windows to reinstall it. Just because it is the same model, doesnt mean it is the exat same adapter....Might have been a change in production in the midst of it.....
