Question : Problem: Advantage of Cisco 3750, over 3650e?

We're looking for a layer 3 switch that offers PoE on every port, has 48 ports and 10gb uplink capability. Can anyone tell me why the 3750 would be a better choice over the WS-C3560E-48PD-SF?

I would only get a 3750 over the 3560 if you want stacking capabilities. If you don't want stack functionality, the 3560-E would be my choice.
