Question : Problem: _URGENT_ VGA (DB15) to CAT5 (RJ45) for video from projector to laptop

I need to use an existing cat5e cable to send video data between a projector (NEC VT491) to a laptop with a VGA DB15 at both devices. I can not use a VGA cable as there is no way to run the cable due to existing building restrictions.
So what I need to know is if it is possible to send VGA signal down a cat5e cable and what I need to suceed in doing this.
