Question : Problem: Socket Error

Hi there,

I have a TightVNC server. I added 5900 and 5900 ports to firewall and i don't use any other firewall/virus protector anything.

TightVNC running, i have log file.

I can't connect from my iphone to my laptop.

My laptop's ip: 10.0.0.3
My iphon's ip: 10.0.0.2

10.0.0.2 cannot connect to 10.0.0.3.

Answer : Problem: Socket Error

The computer that works, are you using the tightVNC client software or the webVNC client?  On the iPhone, in Safari, format the url you are going to like this:  http://10.0.0.3:5800/?pw=[type your vnc server password here] and see if it connects properly.
