Question : Problem: CPU fan broken. Is it easy to fix?

Boought the following computer with this configuration. The CPU fan is shot.
The company so far has not responded to my emails given that it has a one year
warranty.

How much would a CPU fan cost? How hard is it to install? Can you get them separately? Can I get them at a retail store, i.e. Circuit City or would I have to order it? I know I should get it under warranty and probably still will, but if it is easy and cheap to do it, I need the PC up and running.
